Accountieons is delivered as software over the internet. Nothing is shipped physically — here is exactly what you receive and when.

On a successful payment you receive access to a cloud workspace at your subdomain, for the plan and modules on your order, together with the mobile apps for your team. There is no physical shipment and no installation media.
2. When access is delivered
- Free trial. Workspace provisioned immediately on sign-up, normally within 15 minutes, with 14 days of full access and no card required.
- Self-serve payment. Buying converts the same workspace to a paid plan instantly — nothing is re-created and nothing is lost.
- Order form / invoice payment. Provisioned within one working day of payment clearing.
- Guided onboarding. Discovery call within 2 working days, with configuration and training typically complete inside 5 working days.
3. What onboarding includes
On every paid plan: configuration of your entities, tax registrations, document numbering and templates; setup of opening balances and open items with your team; two live training sessions; and a shared support channel for your first months.

Incidents that block invoicing or a statutory filing are treated as live at any hour — see the SLA.
5. If delivery fails
If your workspace is not available in the timescales above, tell us and we will either fix it or refund the payment in full under the refund policy. We do not consider a subscription delivered until you can sign in and raise a document.
