Refund & Cancellation Policy
We give you a full 14-day free trial to make sure Accountieons is right for you before you pay.
In short: Every plan includes a 14-day free trial with full access and no payment required. Because you can fully evaluate the Service during the trial, subscription fees are non-refundable once paid. You can cancel anytime to stop future renewals.
1. Free trial
We offer a 14-day free trial on our paid plans. During the trial you get access to the platform so you can evaluate whether Accountieons meets your needs. No credit card or payment is required to start the trial, and you are under no obligation to purchase a subscription.
We strongly encourage you to use the trial period to test the features that matter to you and to reach out to our support team with any questions before you subscribe.
2. No refunds after payment
Because we provide a full 14-day free trial that lets you evaluate the Service before paying, all subscription fees are non-refundable. Once a payment is made for a subscription (monthly, annual, or otherwise), we are unable to provide a refund for that billing period, whether used in full, in part, or not at all.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- fees for the current or past billing periods;
- upgrades, add-ons, or additional user/branch charges; and
- subscriptions cancelled part-way through a billing period.
3. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting our support team. When you cancel:
- your subscription will not renew for the next billing period;
- you retain access to the paid features until the end of the period you have already paid for; and
- no further charges will be made after the current period ends.
Cancelling does not entitle you to a refund of fees already paid, as described in section 2.
4. Limited exceptions
The only situations in which we may, at our sole discretion, consider an adjustment or credit are:
- Duplicate charges — where you were accidentally billed more than once for the same subscription.
- Billing errors — where you were charged an incorrect amount due to a verified error on our side.
If you believe one of these applies, contact us within 7 days of the charge with your account and payment details so we can investigate.
5. Automatic renewals
Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled beforehand. To avoid being charged for the next period, please cancel before your renewal date. We recommend setting a reminder near the end of your billing cycle.
6. Changes to this policy
We may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the latest version, and material changes will be communicated where appropriate.
