Bringing your data across

Coming from Tally, Excel or another tool? You can import customers, vendors, items and opening balances from CSV during onboarding. If your export looks messy, send it to us and we will help you map the columns rather than making you fight the format.

Your first week

Onboarding covers the things that are painful to change later — your chart of accounts, GST registration details, invoice templates and user roles. We would rather spend an hour with you up front than untangle it at year-end.

How do I contact support?

Email care@accountieons.com, or call or WhatsApp us on +91 95106 80663. You can also ask Copilot inside the app first — it answers most how-do-I questions instantly.

How quickly will I hear back?

We aim to reply within one business day. Please include a screenshot and what you expected to happen — it usually saves a round trip.

Can you help me import my existing data?

Yes. You can import customers, vendors, items and opening balances from Tally, Excel or any CSV during onboarding. If the mapping is not obvious, send us the file and we will help.

Is there help available during the free trial?

Yes. The 14-day trial needs no credit card and includes the knowledge base, Copilot and the same email, phone and WhatsApp support as a paid plan.
